Address Housing Repairs and Maintenance

Address housing has a contract with Asset Group Services to perform all repairs and maintenance on the properties we manage. All contractors are required to do an induction with us. They will identify themselves to tenants, and carry ID. All contractors are required to contact you to arrange a suitable time and access before attending your property. 

Tenants' safety is our first priority. If you have a repair issue that you feel makes your property unsafe, or if you think a safety upgrade is required – let us know straight away.

The best way to get a concern you have dealt with quickly is to report it quickly. Please don’t ever hesitate to let us know if something in your home is broken. We especially want to encourage you to immediately report any issues with your electricity, gas or water supply.

If you are having trouble maintaining your home or garden, please talk to us about it. We can find a solution together, with you and your support worker. We want you to be confident in upholding your maintenance obligations, to help keep your home in the best possible condition. 

You can report a non-urgent repair here at any time. Urgent repairs should be reported to 1300 362 487.
