We are a not-for-profit organisation which provides the opportunity for women and their children, who have experienced domestic violence to regain control of their lives and make positive steps towards their future through housing support.

Family and domestic violence is the leading cause for homelessness for women and children. 72,000 women and 34,000 children were seeking assistance from homelessness services during 2016-17.

wHAT WE KNOW

From the age of 15, 1 in 6 women have been exposed to physical and/or sexual violence by a known perpetrator.

 Per week, 1 woman is abused and killed by a partner, compared to 1 man every month.
